Clients are required to enter and maintain an electronic form of payment on file and the payment method will be run after each session via the IVY Pay system.
​
A no-show/late cancellation fee of $55 will be assessed for missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment. No-show and late cancellations are not billed or reimbursable by insurance, as such, they are billed directly to the client.

*At present, Principle Therapy & Wellness bills the California and Michigan insurance plans listed above, only. However; clients may choose to submit documentation to their insurance provider for reimbursement of up front payments. Invoices and superbills can be provided upon request for documentation.

* If utilizing commercial insurance, it is the client's responsibility to learn and understand the out-of-pocket costs associated with services prior to receiving services. Co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance may be part of the client's responsibility to pay in conjunction with any payment covered by the insurance plan. Principle Therapy & Wellness cannot guarantee that your insurance provider will reimburse for treatment provided by out-of-network providers. If your insurance plan is not listed, Principle Therapy & Wellness providers are out-of-network for your plan. If you are unsure, Principle Therapy & Wellness can help you determine if your benefits will cover treatment.
